Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations will result in refusal of future appointments.

Esthetic services are timed and product-based, so refunds are not offered at any time.

If you have concerns about your lashes, please reach out within the fix period.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you’re running late, please send me a message as soon as possible so I can best accommodate you.

A 50% deposit is an option when booking your appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the date of your service.

If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new date.

Deposit policy applies to standard bookings only and does not apply to active subscriptions, packages, or gift cards.

To ensure the best retention, clients must wash their lashes once to twice a day.

Depending on how active you’re throughout the day micellar water is useful for buildup oils between washes.

Micellar water should be the only thing used to remove makeup from the face.

Make sure to regularly brush your lashes daily.

Be sure to thoroughly dry lashes after getting them wet, use spoolie to brush lashes while drying.

All of these practices help prevent buildup, poor adhesion and early fallout.

If you experience significant lash loss within the first 72 hours, a complimentary fix is available.

However, you must schedule your fix within 5 days of original appointment. If you wait longer, a mini fill will be required, as natural shedding and aftercare practices play a role beyond this timeframe.

Subscriptions, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing, you agree to the specific terms of the offer you selected. All purchases must be used within the active period listed at checkout, and any unused services will expire at the end of that period. Services do not roll over and missed, or late-cancelled appointments may be forfeited.

Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled any time before the next billing date. After cancellation, access remains active until the current billing cycle ends. One reschedule per billing period may be included depending on the plan; additional missed appointments are forfeited. Full subscription terms will be emailed upon enrollment.

Packages must be used within their stated time frame. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in the loss of that session.

Gift cards and digital credits hold no cash value, may not be refunded, and may not be used toward products, cash back, or gratuity. Gift cards must be presented at checkout and applied at the time of booking or service.

By purchasing any subscription, package, or gift card, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

I strive to provide a comfortable and professional experience for everyone. However, I do reserve the right to decline service if necessary.

This includes repeated no-show’s, repeated last minute cancellations, disrespectful behavior, poor hygiene, or failure to respect Lei Theory’s policies.

To maintain a calm and focused environment, only the client is allowed in the room.
